I recently purchased some Paul pieces to incorporate into my weaving. I have tried various methods to do my own but found it very time consuming.
After purchasing the medium and larger sizes of the paua pieces, I would recommend these to other users.

I use the paua for mosaic work. I am a glass artist and sell my creations in art galleries throughout nz, and I therefore require the paua to be of the best possible quality. I have used paua worlds wonderful shell for many years, and always find its the best. Flat pieces, beautifully polished and top notch!

The first time I went to see the paua factory was last November when I went on a weekend visit to Masterton and my niece took me to see your lovely place. A very very humbling experience to see how lovely yous have restored these beautiful shells. My fathers whanau and those before him and me and my children were all brought up on paua. Back in the day we had paua for breakfast. We would just eat the meat of the paua and then discard the shell, i remember The shells being used as a decoration on the shelf in the lounge in its original state or for ashtrays. It was a very humbling experience to see the beautiful things yous have done with this beautiful shell thank you. At the moment I am making shell mobiles and have been using the polished pieces of paua which just makes my mobiles look awesome. Awesome product awesome prices. So much appreciated.
